Social Media Intern/ Full time

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Creative: someone who understands content, storytelling, strategy, and digital culture. Not a “post designer,” not a “caption writer.”
Someone who can think strategically, create smart content, and support clients with ideas, scripts, messaging, and execution.

You’ll work with our production team, sit inside real shoots, help clients build their content plans, and create strong digital presence for Birdcast and our clients.

What You Will Do

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop content ideas for multiple social platforms.
• Write scripts for short-form videos, podcasts, and marketing campaigns
• Create content calendars and social media plans
• Bring creative concepts and storytelling ideas to the table

Social Media Management

• Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms
• Track performance analytics and optimize content
• Maintain brand tone and visual identity for Birdcast + clients

Creative Direction

• Assist on shoots with ideas, angles, and storytelling flow
• Work alongside our editors to guide creative output
• Break down trends, topics, and insights for fast content generation

Marketing & Client Support

• Support clients with messaging, scripts, and strategy
• Write marketing copy, hooks, captions, and campaign ideas
• Help shape Birdcast’s brand presence as a strategic video partner

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Great to Have)

• Basic editing (CapCut / Davinci Resolve)
• Experience with AI tools
• Understanding of branding + design
• Interest in podcasting or video production

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
