 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 Augment the number of international students and faculty, by strengthening global partnerships and collaborations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective communication between BITS Pilani and our global stakeholders across all campuses to align objectives and guarantee consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and oversee international initiatives to ensure they align with the Institute's mission and goals, while optimizing resource utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate risks associated with foreign partnerships, ensure adherence to international norms and regulations, and safeguard the organization&rsquo;s interests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with international students and students in international programs in alignment with the University goals and objectives of internationalization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Any other responsibility assigned by the Dean from time-to-time.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sciences / Engineering along with Master&rsquo;s degree or higher and minimum 10 years of experience in international relations, business administration or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing international programs and collaborations within academic or organizational settings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to navigate and ensure compliance with international norms, standards and regulatory frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in cultivating and sustaining strategic partnerships across diverse cultural and geographical contexts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated skills in risk assessment, resource optimization and fostering long-term, impactful collaborations.
 </li>

 teams.
 
 
 &bull; Drive innovation in content production through adoption of new media tools and
 
 
 technologies.
 
 
 &bull; Build and lead a high-performing studio team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
 
 
 &bull; Strengthen stakeholder alignment with faculty, instructional designers, and vendors for
 
 
 seamless execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skill and Ability Requirements
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver outcomes within timelines.
 
 
 &bull; Expertise in digital media production tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven editing,
 
 
 &bull; motion graphics).

 &bull; Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s in Media, Communications, Film Production, or

 &bull; Preferred Qualification: Certifications in advanced media tools / instructional media / digital
 
 
 learning technologies.
 
 
 &bull; Specific Sectorial Experience: 6&ndash;10 years in media production/studio management with
