If you are hardworking, outgoing and have a friendly personality, apply today!This a part time position, averaging 22-28 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Must be able to work 3-4 days per week, including Sundays (open 8-2). There is one mandatory all-staff meeting each month for input and idea generation to help contribute to and improve overall business operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Operate the cash register, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.</li><li>Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are displayed attractively.</li><li>Handle food service duties (light deli work) in accordance with all relevant policies and regulations.</li><li>Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to enhance the shopping experience.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient retail operation.</li><li>Assist in merchandising efforts to promote sales and enhance store presentation.</li><li>Ample availability for shift coverage is ideal.</li><li>Assist with rental contracts and outdoor tasks as needed.</li><li>Must be comfortable using and adapting to modern retail technologies, including but not limited to receiving and processing online orders.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
