Retail Cashier & Food Service Associate

This a part time position, averaging 22-28 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Must be able to work 3-4 days per week, including Sundays (open 8-2). There is one mandatory all-staff meeting each month for input and idea generation to help contribute to and improve overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Operate the cash register, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Handle food service duties (light deli work) in accordance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient retail operation.
• Assist in merchandising efforts to promote sales and enhance store presentation.
• Ample availability for shift coverage is ideal.
• Assist with rental contracts and outdoor tasks as needed.
• Must be comfortable using and adapting to modern retail technologies, including but not limited to receiving and processing online orders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
