Our success is built on strong client relationships, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service.Position OverviewThe Level 2 IT Support Technician is a client-facing position responsible for resolving complex issues, owning problems end-to-end, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Technician will work alongside the technical team to support clients.Client-Facing ResponsibilitiesServe as primary technical contact for clients; communicate clearly with non-technical users, manage client expectations, and maintain detailed documentation.Technical ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced troubleshooting across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments (including Microsoft 365).
