Level 2 IT Support Technician

Position Overview

The Level 2 IT Support Technician is a client-facing position responsible for resolving complex issues, owning problems end-to-end, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Technician will work alongside the technical team to support clients.

Client-Facing Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact for clients; communicate clearly with non-technical users, manage client expectations, and maintain detailed documentation.

Technical Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments (including Microsoft 365). Collaborate with technicians and team leads to solve technical problems, maintain security, and tune systems for best performance.

Required Technical Knowledge

Windows 11, Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, networking fundamentals, backup systems, and MSP tools.

Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ or equivalent experience
  • Basic familiarity with servers and networking
  • M365 administration experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients - excellent customer service skills required
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48K to $55K based on experience + medical stipend

Schedule:

  • Day shift: M-F, 8AM-5PM
