The Quality Assurance coordinator executes strategic direction and accountability in the functional areas of Quality Assurance and external Manufacturing of all products in support of Bitchin&rsquo; Sauce LLC. This is an entry-level role focused primarily on documentation, record keeping, data entry, and reporting support related to external manufacturing and quality programs. The Quality Assurance Coordinator works closely with the Operations and Quality teams to maintain accurate records, organize documentation, and ensure required information from manufacturing partners is properly tracked and maintained. This role is administrative and coordination-focused rather than strategic leadership.</div><br>

<ul><li><p>Maintenance of Bitchin&rsquo; Sauce Quality Assurance External Manufacturing practices;</p>
</li><li><p>On-going upkeep, monitoring, and improvement of the Bitchin&rsquo; Sauce LLC external production process (co-manufacturer&rsquo;s)</p>
</li><li><p>Assist efforts with co-manufacturers to achieve consistently high quality:</p>
<ul><li><p>Meeting or exceeding all Bitchin' Sauce quality standards,</p>
</li><li><p>Monitoring and remedy standard operating procedures in place across all facilities</p>
</li><li><p>Ensuring consistent quality (taste, texture, viscosity, packaging quality) across all manufacturing facilities</p>

</li><li><p>Verify documentation and batch records at each location</p>
</li><li><p>Manage and coordinate any certified lab testing, typically for pathogen analysis, allergen testing, and shelf-life testing for external manufacturing locations as needed</p>
</li><li><p>Maintain organized digital records of manufacturing documentation, certifications, test results, and quality reports from co-manufacturing partners.</p>
</li><li><p>Perform routine data entry and document updates within internal tracking systems and shared databases.</p>

</li><li><p>Maintain R&amp;D documentation and perform routine data entry duties.</p>
</li><li><p>Assist with 3rd party verifications per our co-manufacturing facilities/suppliers</p>
