Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of practice areas, including contracts, construction law, consumer law, and commercial litigation. The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in providing high-quality legal services, conducting thorough legal research, drafting precise legal documents, and supporting senior attorneys in complex cases. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their expertise across multiple legal disciplines within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.</li><li>Draft and review a variety of legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with clarity and precision.</li><li>Assist in managing client files and maintaining organized case records within the law office management system.</li><li>Support attorneys during negotiations by preparing relevant documentation and participating in strategy sessions.</li><li>Conduct client interviews to gather pertinent information for estate planning, family law matters, or other practice areas.</li><li>Prepare for litigation by organizing evidence, drafting motions, and coordinating discovery processes.</li><li>Stay current on relevant laws and regulations across multiple practice areas to ensure compliance and effective counsel.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs while adhering to ethical standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.</li><li>Prior experience or internships in contracts, construction law, consumer law, and commercial litigation or related fields is highly preferred but not mandatory; strong candidates with a demonstrated interest will be considered.</li><li>Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to draft clear and effective legal documents with excellent writing skills.</li><li>Experience working in a busy law office environment with familiarity in legal administrative processes is advantageous.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to analyze complex legal issues across multiple practice areas are essential.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
