 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

 A sharp, quick-thinking professional who will serve as the right hand to the General Manager and play a key role in the company&rsquo;s operations.

 Assist in organizing and following up on daily tasks and technical operations .
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hiring efforts (e.g., researching and contacting developers or engineers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the founder.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle admin tasks, coordinate appointments, and follow through on action items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate high-level ideas into structured tasks and workflows.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 ✅ Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 We require an Arabic candidate and only from Turkey
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong tactical and managerial skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of IT business including IP networks, VoIP systems &amp;Security .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or task managers (e.g., ClickUp, Notion).
 </li>
 <li>
 A self-starter with high reliability and attention to detail.
 </li>
