We’re looking for a smart, reliable Technical Executive Assistant to support the founder in managing daily operations & coordinating technical tasks .

We are seeking a Technical Executive with an (IT background ) ,someone who understands concepts such as IP, Networks, Firewalls, and IP telephony.

We are not seeking a pure Network or Computer Engineer without management or coordination skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• A sharp, quick-thinking professional who will serve as the right hand to the General Manager and play a key role in the company’s operations.
• Assist in organizing and following up on daily tasks and technical operations .
• Support hiring efforts (e.g., researching and contacting developers or engineers).
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the founder.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and schedules.
• Handle admin tasks, coordinate appointments, and follow through on action items.
• Translate high-level ideas into structured tasks and workflows.

✅ Requirements:

• Strong tactical and managerial skills
• Basic understanding of IT business including IP networks, VoIP systems &Security .
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or task managers (e.g., ClickUp, Notion).
• A self-starter with high reliability and attention to detail.
