We are a leading car rental and transportation company based in Doha, Qatar, seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle general inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Manage email communication and maintain customer records.
- Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and assist in resolving minor issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (experience in the car rental or transportation field is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
