The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls and handle general inquiries.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.</li><li>Manage email communication and maintain customer records.</li><li>Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks.</li><li>Keep the reception area tidy and organized.</li><li>Ensure a positive customer experience and assist in resolving minor issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (experience in the car rental or transportation field is a plus).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills.</li></ul>ob Details:<ul><li>Location: Doha, Qatar</li><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Working Hours: 8 hours per day (schedule discussed during interview)</li><li>Salary: Competitive, based on experience + monthly incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 per month
