We help businesses strategically track their digital growth, improve performance, and generate more leads and sales through innovative web and technology-driven solutions.Title: Blender 3D Artist Needed: Modeling, Rigging, Animation &amp; Texturing (Substance/Marmoset)About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeler with hands-on experience in 3D asset creation and animation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blender, character and prop modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, and be capable of delivering high-quality assets for Unity-based projects.Key Requirement:<ul><li>3D modeling (low-to-high poly, optimized for games/animation).</li><li>Rigging characters/objects with clean, animator-friendly controls (e.g., bones, IK/FK, deformers).</li><li>Animation (cycles, walk/run, facial, props&mdash;smooth and believable).</li><li>Texturing with Substance Painter (PBR materials, UDIMs, procedural workflows).</li><li>Final bakes/renders in Marmoset Toolbag (AO, normals, curvature).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of professional experience as a 3D Modeler / 3D Artist</li><li>Expert in Blender (4.0+ preferred) for all modeling/rigging/animation.</li><li>Proficiency in Substance Painter for texturing.</li><li>Experience with Marmoset Toolbag for baking/rendering.</li><li>Portfolio showing full pipeline (model &gt; rig &gt; animate &gt; texture &gt; render).</li></ul>Bonus:<ul><li>Unity export in Blender. and some knowledge of the unity framework.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a basic understanding of Unity?</li><li>Have you worked on character animation, rigging, and modeling earlier?</li><li>Do you have experience with props modeling?</li><li>Have you worked on any game development projects?</li><li>Have you used any texturing software?
