Title: Blender 3D Artist Needed: Modeling, Rigging, Animation & Texturing (Substance/Marmoset)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeler with hands-on experience in 3D asset creation and animation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blender, character and prop modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, and be capable of delivering high-quality assets for Unity-based projects.

Key Requirement:

• 3D modeling (low-to-high poly, optimized for games/animation).
• Rigging characters/objects with clean, animator-friendly controls (e.g., bones, IK/FK, deformers).
• Animation (cycles, walk/run, facial, props—smooth and believable).
• Texturing with Substance Painter (PBR materials, UDIMs, procedural workflows).
• Final bakes/renders in Marmoset Toolbag (AO, normals, curvature).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a 3D Modeler / 3D Artist
• Expert in Blender (4.0+ preferred) for all modeling/rigging/animation.
• Proficiency in Substance Painter for texturing.
• Experience with Marmoset Toolbag for baking/rendering.
• Portfolio showing full pipeline (model > rig > animate > texture > render).

Bonus:

• Unity export in Blender. and some knowledge of the unity framework.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
