<p>Are you ready to join our team as a Business Insurance Sales Consultant? We're looking for a passionate and engaging professional to drive our business insurance sales and provide exceptional service to our customers.</p><p>As a Business Insurance Sales Consultant, you will:</p><ul><li>Follow up warm leads from potential clients who have registered on our website, and in time, progress to handling inbound enquiries.</li><li>Utilize your training and knowledge of BizCover's business insurance products to help customers find the right coverage for their specific needs.</li><li>Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for everyone who engages with BizCover.</li><li>Drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to our ongoing success.</li><li>Adhere to all legislative and quality assurance requirements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment, although not essential.</li><li>Knowledge of commercial insurance or other insurance products would be advantageous, but not required.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.</li><li>A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering top-notch experiences on every call.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic team.</li></ul><ul><li> Work from home opportunity (if not based in Sydney)</li><li> If based in Sydney, flexible working opportunity (combination of home and office)</li><li>$57,000 base + uncapped Commission, our consultants regularly earn between $100k and $125k per year</li><li>Exciting and rewarding team culture</li><li>Quarterly recognition awards</li><li>Business Casual dress code</li><li>Rewarding Employee Incentive Program</li><li>Employee benefits package</li><li>Growing company with progression opportunities</li></ul>
