A leading beauty company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales &amp; Customer Service Representative to handle sales, customer support, and collections, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily sales operations and achieve monthly targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to customers via phone and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct outdoor visits to clients, stores, and partners when needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on customer orders from inquiry to delivery.&bull; Handle payment collections and ensure proper closing of payments.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, including VIP clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Enter and update data in company systems (CRM &ndash; POS &ndash; Shopify).</li></ul><ul><li>Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions; experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Use AI tools (LLM-based, such as ChatGPT) to improve communication, write responses, organize work, and enhance customer service.</li></ul><ul><li>Understand beauty products and recommend suitable options to customers.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is mandatory.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in beauty or retail).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and persuasion skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience using CRM systems - Zoho CRM is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to use AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily work.</li></ul><ul><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid driving license and personal car are preferred due to outdoor work requirements.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Sunday to Thursday</li></ul><ul><li>Indoor + outdoor duties</li></ul><ul><li>Location: Hawally</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
