A leading beauty company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle sales, customer support, and collections, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operations and achieve monthly targets.
- Respond to customers via phone and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
- Conduct outdoor visits to clients, stores, and partners when needed.
- Follow up on customer orders from inquiry to delivery.• Handle payment collections and ensure proper closing of payments.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, including VIP clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Enter and update data in company systems (CRM – POS – Shopify).
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions; experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Use AI tools (LLM-based, such as ChatGPT) to improve communication, write responses, organize work, and enhance customer service.
- Understand beauty products and recommend suitable options to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in beauty or retail).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong experience using CRM systems - Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Ability to use AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily work.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid driving license and personal car are preferred due to outdoor work requirements.
