Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Auto Detailing Crew Manager to lead our detailing team with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the auto detailing crew, ensuring high-quality vehicle cleaning services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strong management skills to elevate customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily detailing activities, including full deep clean details of vehicles.</li><li>Train and mentor team members on proper detailing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.</li><li>Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to the highest quality standards while adhering to time schedules.</li><li>Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detailing equipment, and vehicle parts to maintain smooth workflow.</li><li>Conduct quality control inspections on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction.</li><li>Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts promptly, and promoting teamwork.</li><li>Maintain safety procedures and ensure all team members follow janitorial and custodial best practices during operations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in car wash, auto detailing, or custodial services with a focus on quality results.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally and courteously.</li><li>Technical knowledge of detailing processes including cleaning techniques, and use of detailing equipment.</li><li>Ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently; valid driving license required.</li><li>Familiarity with janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Good organizational skills for inventory management and scheduling tasks efficiently.
