Auto Detailing Crew Manager

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily detailing activities, including full deep clean details of vehicles.
• Train and mentor team members on proper detailing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to the highest quality standards while adhering to time schedules.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detailing equipment, and vehicle parts to maintain smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts promptly, and promoting teamwork.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure all team members follow janitorial and custodial best practices during operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in car wash, auto detailing, or custodial services with a focus on quality results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff.
• Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally and courteously.
• Technical knowledge of detailing processes including cleaning techniques, and use of detailing equipment.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently; valid driving license required.
• Familiarity with janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable.
