We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to bring our architectural and interior design concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of spatial composition, and the ability to produce photorealistic renderings that capture the essence of our designs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Transform architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations, including still images, walkthroughs, and animations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design intent and requirements.</li><li>Develop realistic lighting, textures, materials, and rendering setups to create compelling visuals.</li><li>Create mood boards, material studies, and presentation visuals as required.</li><li>Optimize 3D models and renderings for presentations, client reviews, and marketing purposes.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and visualization techniques.</li></ul>Required Software Skills:<ul><li>3D Modeling &amp; Visualization: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit</li><li>Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion</li><li>Post-Processing &amp; Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects</li><li>Optional: Unreal Engine or other VR/AR visualization tools</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or interior design.</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and color theory.</li><li>Ability to interpret design drawings, plans, and concept sketches accurately.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects.</li><li>A collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Access to cutting-edge tools and resources for visualization.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
