3D Visualizer

We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to bring our architectural and interior design concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of spatial composition, and the ability to produce photorealistic renderings that capture the essence of our designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations, including still images, walkthroughs, and animations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design intent and requirements.
• Develop realistic lighting, textures, materials, and rendering setups to create compelling visuals.
• Create mood boards, material studies, and presentation visuals as required.
• Optimize 3D models and renderings for presentations, client reviews, and marketing purposes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and visualization techniques.

Required Software Skills:

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion
• Post-Processing & Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Optional: Unreal Engine or other VR/AR visualization tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or interior design.
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and color theory.
• Ability to interpret design drawings, plans, and concept sketches accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings.
