Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can effectively manage campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.</li><li>Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.</li><li>Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing and print advertising.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to support advertising sales and B2B marketing efforts.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and content creation.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Create compelling copy for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.</li><li>Manage budgets for marketing campaigns while ensuring effective allocation of resources.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Oversee e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.</li><li>Maintain WordPress websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including performance marketing and content marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience with advertising sales and B2B marketing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML for basic website management.</li><li>Excellent research skills to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Strong copywriting abilities to create engaging content across multiple formats.</li><li>Experience in managing budgets effectively within a marketing context.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign efficiency.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
