Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can effectively manage campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
  • Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing and print advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support advertising sales and B2B marketing efforts.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and content creation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling copy for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns while ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
  • Maintain WordPress websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.

Skills

  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including performance marketing and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with advertising sales and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with HTML for basic website management.
  • Excellent research skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong copywriting abilities to create engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Experience in managing budgets effectively within a marketing context.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.
