Key Responsibilities:1. Time Office &amp; Shift Management<ul><li>Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly shift rosters.</li><li>Ensure proper shift allocation and smooth transitions between shifts.</li><li>Maintain shift logs and address any discrepancies or conflicts.</li></ul>2. Attendance Management (in Excel)<ul><li>Maintain employee attendance records using Excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Record daily attendance using predefined codes (P, A, L, WO, HD, etc.).</li><li>Use formulas to calculate total present days, absences, leaves, and half-days.</li><li>Ensure attendance accuracy for payroll processing.</li><li>Prepare monthly attendance summary reports.</li></ul>3. Leave Management<ul><li>Track and manage employee leave balances.</li><li>Process leave applications and maintain records in Excel or HRMS.</li><li>Communicate leave status and policy adherence.</li><li>Reconcile leave with attendance data for payroll input.</li></ul>4. Manpower Management<ul><li>Maintain updated employee headcount records.</li><li>Assist in workforce planning and departmental manpower needs.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities.</li></ul>5. Payroll Management<ul><li>Collate attendance and leave data for salary processing.</li><li>Support monthly payroll operations in coordination with Finance/Payroll team.</li><li>Assist in calculating deductions (LOP, advances, etc.).</li><li>Distribute salary slips and resolve payroll queries.</li></ul>6. Statutory Compliance (PF &amp; ESI)<ul><li>Ensure timely PF and ESI registrations and contributions.</li><li>Handle monthly filing, returns, and employee queries related to PF/ESI.</li><li>Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>6 Months or 1 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, data validation).</li><li>Knowledge of shift and attendance management.</li><li>Familiarity with PF, ESI, payroll software, and labor laws.</li><li>Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Experience with HRMS is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
