Product Enablement Specialist &ndash; Medical DevicesLocation: On Site - SeattleFull-TimeWe are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Product Enablement Specialist to serve as the primary bridge between our customers, clinical team, sales team, OUS distribution partners, and engineering team. This role manages incoming product issues, performs first-line troubleshooting, tracks trends, and partners with engineering to drive long-term solutions.You will support clinicians, biomedical engineers, and sales representatives by ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and communicated clearly. You will also own maintaining and creating customer facing product documentation.Who You AreAn aspiring product manager.What You&rsquo;ll DoCustomer Support (Primary)<ul><li>Receive, triage, and manage product-related inquiries and issues from clinicians, biomedical engineering teams, and sales representatives</li><li>Maintain an organized issue-tracking system and prioritize cases based on severity, frequency, and customer impact.</li><li>Support issue resolution virtually. Triage issue to the clinical team if on-site support is needed.</li><li>Provide timely updates and resolution summaries to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate RMA processing, device repairs, and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Technical Product Documentation<ul><li>Identify recurring field issues and collaborate with engineering to investigate and resolve root causes.</li><li>Maintain a structured feedback system to capture product insights, feature requests, and improvement ideas.</li><li>Provide actionable feedback to engineering and product teams to enhance product reliability and usability.</li><li>Document field issues thoroughly and maintain complete, accurate case notes.</li><li>Draft, develop, and maintain clear troubleshooting guides, FAQs, workflows, service manuals, networking guides, and other instructional content in written or video format.</li><li>Respond to hospital IT teams and support initial qualification of the device for hospital IT integration.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Experience supporting product management in any of the following industries: medical device, Enterprise B2B SaaS, life sciences/biotech, healthcare technology, industrial hardware technology, or financial technology</li><li>Strong mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both engineering teams and non-technical users.</li><li>Experience translating dense engineering documentation into simple, written or video documentation with market-facing messaging.</li><li>Supported complex, regulated, or technical products</li><li>Worked cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers</li><li>Managed launches, documentation, training, or GTM execution</li></ul>Skills That Will Make You Successful<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized and persistent in tracking and managing field issues across multiple accounts.</li><li>Logical, methodical thinker with a curiosity for diagnosing and understanding problems.</li><li>Calm and customer-focused under pressure, with strong follow-through and documentation habits.</li></ul>About Blink and the RoleBlink Device Company develops breakthrough anesthesia technology that is designed to improve patient safety.
