Product Enablement Specialist – Medical Devices
Location: On Site - Seattle
Full-Time
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Product Enablement Specialist to serve as the primary bridge between our customers, clinical team, sales team, OUS distribution partners, and engineering team. This role manages incoming product issues, performs first-line troubleshooting, tracks trends, and partners with engineering to drive long-term solutions.
You will support clinicians, biomedical engineers, and sales representatives by ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and communicated clearly. You will also own maintaining and creating customer facing product documentation.

About Blink and the Role
Blink Device Company develops breakthrough anesthesia technology that is designed to improve patient safety. Our flagship product, the TwitchView Train of Four Monitor, is a quantitative neuromuscular monitor that helps anesthetists eliminate residual paralysis and allows hospitals to align with current ASA guidelines recommending quantitative monitoring for all patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents.
