The right candidate will align with the mission of Block 15 Brewing Company, which is to elevate excellence in the craft beer experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance.The Digital Marketing Assistant at Block 15 will be part of the brewery&rsquo;s marketing &amp; creative team. Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager/Creative Director, this role will assist in digital and print media by creating beautiful and informative assets for internal and external audiences. The work produced will support the brand&rsquo;s creative direction and initiatives for all facets of the company, including three restaurants, two breweries, and our sales &amp; distribution team.Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesIncluded but not limited to:<ul><li>Capturing, editing, and organizing eye-catching photography for digital and print media use.</li><li>Assist in maintaining social media channels by scheduling and posting approved content on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites.</li><li>Brainstorm, concept, collaborate, and present innovative and exciting work that attracts new brand followers while netting measurable results.</li><li>Monitor incoming messages and comments on social media, responding in company's voice when necessary/possible and looping in relevant stakeholders when needed.</li><li>Assist in the organization of internal and external newsletters.</li><li>Continue to evolve creative work by staying current with marketing, branding, and advertising trends in all mediums.</li><li>Event marketing and support through asset development, deployment, and documentation.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and organization skills</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of photography &amp; video capturing, and editing</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram</li><li>Writing skills that balance creativity, grammar, and the ability to embody our brand&rsquo;s voice</li><li>Willingness to learn and share industry knowledge</li><li>Ability to work as a team and also self-manage projects</li><li>Excellent time management</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing tools and software</li></ul>Desired Experience<ul><li>Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with building web pages and digital newsletters, especially platforms like Squarespace and Mailchimp</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>OLCC permit</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>15-20 hrs a week</li><li>Weekend availability</li><li>Possibility of full-time hours in combination with other positions in our company.</li></ul>Part-Time Benefits<ul><li>Food credits</li><li>Merch credits</li><li>Beer credits (21+ only)</li><li>401(k) and 401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Full-Time Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>HSA</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
