Warehouse Worker

Job Overview

Block 15 Distribution Warehouse Workers ensure the accurate and efficient picking of routes, organization of the warehouse facilities, and daily inventory of products. This position works swing-shift (evenings) to ensure all trucks are loaded and ready for delivery the following day. They are responsible for ensuring that all trucks are loaded according to their picklists, the loads are wrapped and secured to prevent damage to product and safe transport of goods, and to ensure daily inventories are maintained accurately for all SKUs in the warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to read and efficiently work from a route picklist and pallet build chart
• Ability to move kegs up to 165 lbs, build pallets, and load trucks
• Safely and efficiently pick, palletize, and load products into delivery vehicles
• Accurately record inventories, product returns, product received, and damaged goods
• Safely operate a powered pallet jack and powered lift truck (after in-house training)
• Build safe, stable, and accurate pallets of product

Require Minimum Qualifications

• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
• Ability to apply for and receive a DOT Medical Certificate
• Good driving record and current and valid Oregon driver’s license

Desired Qualifications

• Stellar customer service experience
• Commercial driving experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up 165 lbs pounds or more by hand, as well as move heavier amounts using available equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack or hand truck.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
