This position requires strong technical ability, a passion for new technology, and a proactive approach to system operations, analytics, and process improvement. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our leadership, development, and media teams to ensure smooth technical operations, implement efficient systems, and help integrate cutting-edge AI and blockchain tools into our daily workflow.Responsibilities &#9679; Operate and maintain on-site multi-screen workstation setups and ensure smooth system performance.&#9679; Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows-based environments, hardware, and software.&#9679; Utilize Google Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to track, maintain, and improve performance metrics.&#9679; Assist with SEO tactics, keyword tracking, and alignment with social media trends.&#9679; Configure and maintain internal systems, automation tools, and AI applications.&#9679; Provide technical assistance for connectivity, workflow automation, and deviceconfiguration.&#9679; Support security, data integrity, and backup systems.&#9679; Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital campaigns, website management, and analytics.&#9679; Stay up to date on evolving technologies, AI tools, crypto ecosystems, and emergingtech trends.Requirements &#9679; Strong familiarity with the Windows Operating System and multi-monitor setups.&#9679; Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.&#9679; Working knowledge of SEO, social media optimization, and digital marketing strategies.&#9679; Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) and adapting to newsoftware quickly.&#9679; Crypto, blockchain, or Web3 experience is a plus.&#9679; Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage tasks.&#9679; Positive, forward-thinking attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.&#9679; Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS) is a plus.Compensation &amp; Benefits &#9679; Starting Salary: $45,000 per year&#9679; Additional Compensation: Cash bonuses and performance-based incentives&#9679; Benefits: Full benefits package&#9679; Growth: Significant room for raises and advancement based on performance and skill developmentIdeal Candidate You&rsquo;re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of digital trends.
