Traveling Personal Assistant (4–5 Month Contract)

Job Overview

You’ll remember this for the rest of your life — and we’ll depend on you every step of the way.

This is not a typical assistant role.
This is not a typical experience.

We are looking for a Traveling Personal Assistant to join a 4–5 month, nationwide tour across the United States — moving city to city, living on the road, and being part of something people don’t get to do twice.

Do you stay organized when everything is moving
Can you keep things together when plans change in real time
Do you take pride in being the person everything depends on

We want to hear from you

This role is the backbone of the operation.
You are the one keeping plans aligned, logistics handled, and the day moving forward — no matter what happens.

This is a fun, high-energy, experience-driven environment
but it only works if the right person is holding it all together.

You must be comfortable traveling full-time and living on the road for the duration of the contract.

You will be traveling and living on a tour bus with a small team (currently 4 other men) in a shared environment for the duration of the contract.
You must be comfortable sharing space, maintaining professionalism, and working respectfully in a close team environment.

Compensation

  • $1,000 per week
  • All travel expenses covered (transportation, meals, lodging as applicable)
  • 4–5 month contract

What This Role Is Like

  • Constant travel across the country
  • New places, new environments, new challenges
  • Fast-moving days with real-time adjustments
  • A mix of excitement, pressure, and responsibility

Some moments feel like a road trip
Some moments feel like controlled chaos

Your job is to keep everything running no matter which one it is

Duties

  • Manage and maintain travel plans across multiple locations
  • Book reservations, tickets, and accommodations as needed
  • Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and timing
  • Stock and organize the bus with necessary supplies
  • Handle errands and day-to-day needs on the road
  • Keep communication clear between team members
  • Maintain organization across all moving parts
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they happen
  • Ensure everything is prepared ahead of time to avoid delays

Experience

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, coordinator, or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience booking travel, reservations, and managing logistics
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Nice to Have

  • Experience with travel coordination or touring environments
  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools
  • Basic understanding of production or content environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and quick-thinking
  • Easy to work with and positive attitude
  • Someone who takes ownership and keeps things moving

Final Note

This is:

  • A road trip
  • An experience
  • Something most people don’t get the chance to do

But it’s also:

  • A responsibility
  • A moving operation
  • Something that depends on the right person doing it right

If you can be the person who holds everything together while everything is moving —
we want to hear from you

Pay: $1,000.00 per week
