Assistant Finance Manager (Arab)

Accounting Responsibilities<ul><li>Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time.</li><li>Prepare journal entries, general ledger postings, and account reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and supplier accounts.</li><li>Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation for all financial activities.</li><li>Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Assist auditors by providing necessary financial information and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.</li></ul>Stock Control Responsibilities<ul><li>Track and monitor stock levels across warehouses and sales points.</li><li>Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual stocktaking.</li><li>Investigate stock variances, shortages, or damages, and report findings.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/inventory system.</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure optimal stock availability.</li><li>Implement FIFO methods and maintain product storage standards.</li><li>Verify and record incoming and outgoing goods using GRN/dispatch documentation.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.</li><li>Minimize stock loss, expired items, and discrepancies through preventive controls.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
