Data Analyst / Sales Coordinator

Sales Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance by product, brand, channel, customer, and region.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Track achievement against budgets, targets, and forecasts.
  • Support sales teams with performance insights and recommendations.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.
  • Analyze pricing strategies and market positioning.
  • Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and new business segments.
  • Maintain market intelligence databases and reporting systems.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Develop sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Support annual budgeting and business planning processes.
  • Provide demand forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate promotional and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
