Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of effective solutions. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that project outcomes align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand business needs
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to support solution design
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and requirements
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and validation
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend practical solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation such as:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  • Process flows and diagrams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall environments
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (preferred)
