Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will play a vital role in maintaining a lively, organized, and hospitable environment. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage guest flow will ensure our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm as they arrive, setting a positive tone for their visit</li><li>Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating</li><li>Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas to uphold high standards of hospitality</li><li>Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills</li><li>Support the team during busy periods by managing waitlists and communicating wait times clearly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of guest services, serving etiquette, and restaurant operations is desirable</li></ul>Join us and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
