This includes network administration, internet bandwidth management, user support, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, resolving technical issues promptly, and ensuring system stability in a fast-paced BPO environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support &amp; Systems Management<ul><li>Provide real-time technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, and operating systems.</li><li>Monitor system performance, perform backups, and apply updates or patches.</li><li>Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software usage.</li></ul>Network Administration<ul><li>Manage and monitor the entire office IT network infrastructure.</li><li>Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliances.</li><li>Monitor internet bandwidth and implement usage controls to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, and IP conflicts.</li><li>Set up VLANs, port forwarding, static IPs, and implement remote access rules.</li><li>Prioritize critical systems like CRM platforms or VoIP using basic QoS settings if needed.</li></ul>Cybersecurity &amp; Data Protection<ul><li>Enforce cybersecurity protocols and monitor for unauthorized access or threats.</li><li>Manage antivirus software, firewall rules, and regular data backup procedures.</li><li>Ensure that all systems and users comply with internal security and data protection policies.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and configuration changes.</li><li>Prepare shift-end handover reports for the day-shift IT team.</li><li>Liaise with internet service providers and vendors when necessary for maintenance or troubleshooting.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in IT support and network management, preferably in a BPO environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of Windows-based systems, LAN/WAN networks, and hardware troubleshooting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with router/firewall configuration and internet traffic monitoring tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently, especially during off-hours or minimal supervision.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar networking hardware.</li><li>Experience using tools like PRTG, Zabbix, or other network monitoring platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) and basic scripting is a plus.</li><li>Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar are advantageous.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
