To fuel our next stage of growth, we’re hiring confident, goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with strong cold-calling and sales experience.

What You’ll Do

• Outbound Cold Calling: Contact prospects in the US/Canada market, introduce our clients’ offerings, and generate qualified leads or direct sales.
• Inbound & Follow-Up: Handle callbacks or referral inquiries, nurture relationships, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Hit Your Numbers: Consistently achieve daily/weekly call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• CRM Accuracy: Log every interaction, update lead statuses, and maintain clean data for reporting.
• Collaborate & Improve: Share market feedback with the team, suggest script tweaks, and participate in coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.

What You Bring

• Cold-Calling & Sales Track Record: 1-2+ years in a BPO, call center, or similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent English Communication: Clear, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
• Resilience & Drive: Comfortable handling objections, hitting quotas, and working in a high-energy environment.
• Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, dialers, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Night-Shift Readiness: Able to work US/Canada hours (8 PM – 5 AM PKT) on site in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi
