Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will help create a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace</li><li>Perform data entry, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and executives</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and handle basic office bookkeeping responsibilities</li><li>Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions</li><li>Communicate with Tenants</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical or office support role</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
