Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will help create a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace
  • Perform data entry, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and executives
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and handle basic office bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions
  • Communicate with Tenants

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical or office support role
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Pay: $15.00 per hour
