As a food service professional, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality snackage while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and providing an inviting atmosphere for our customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of foods according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen preparation stations</li><li>Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations during food handling and preparation.</li><li>Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages as needed.</li><li>Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.</li><li>Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous customer service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively within a busy drive-thru setting.</li><li>A passion for people and the food industry is highly desirable.
