We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, (or is coachable) ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service while enjoying their favorite comfort foods. As a food service professional, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality snackage while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and providing an inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of foods according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen preparation stations
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations during food handling and preparation.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages as needed.
• Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively within a busy drive-thru setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $16.50 per hour
