 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 The&nbsp;Scheduling Manager&nbsp;plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You will manage daily scheduling operations, respond to urgent staffing needs, and lead a small team of schedulers. Your ability to balance people skills with strong decision-making will directly impact the satisfaction of both our clients and caregivers.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilites:
 
 
 Schedule Management
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules for all clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fill last-minute call-offs or open shifts quickly and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system (WellSky) for tracking hours and assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with scheduling staff to develop effective shift-filling strategies and incentive plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with caregivers to ensure high quality care and support BlueDot Cares management as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Client &amp; Caregiver Communication
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to scheduling-related calls, texts, and emails.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor scheduler responsiveness and communication standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address client and caregiver concerns with empathy and professionalism.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Staff Coordination
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee 2&ndash;3 scheduling staff during each shift.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with other scheduling personnel to ensure consistent coverage and smooth transitions&mdash;including after-hours and weekends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience in scheduling or staffing preferred, but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with WellSky software is a plus, but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
 </li>
