We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions.</li><li>Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.</li><li>Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs.</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: At least 5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.</li><li>Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.</li><li>Certifications (Preferred): EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or equivalent credentials.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
