Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions.
• Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.
• Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Certifications (Preferred): EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or equivalent credentials.
