We are passionate about enhancing lives by creating unique home experiences and delivering innovative staging and design solutions.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong Operations &amp; Quality Manager to run day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution across all projects.About the RoleThis role is responsible for managing daily operations, logistics, warehouse coordination, and post-sales client execution.You will act as the operator of the business, ensuring that all moving parts&mdash;from scheduling and logistics to team coordination and quality control&mdash;run smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in getting things done. You are a solution finder, problem solver, and strong communicator who takes ownership and ensures that every project meets BlueGrape&rsquo;s high standards.Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Operations, Logistics &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage daily operations across staging, de-staging, logistics, and warehouse</li><li>Ensure team leaves timely and has efficient project execution.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate all projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution</li><li>Assign tasks to logistics and warehouse teams and track completion</li><li>Coordinate calendars, access details, lockbox codes, and timelines</li><li>Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow and that all projects are completed on time and without gaps</li></ul>2. Client Relations &amp; Office Management (Post-Sales)<ul><li>Manage after-sales operations including scheduling and coordination with clients</li><li>Handle customer calls and follow-ups, ensuring action items are completed</li><li>Act as the front-facing point for incoming clients, guests, and communication</li><li>Maintain strong, professional communication with clients, agents, and builders</li><li>Ensure a seamless, responsive, and high-quality client experience</li></ul>3. Quality Control, Warehouse &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Own and enforce quality control across all staging projects</li><li>Ensure homes are delivered at a luxury, photo-ready standard</li><li>Oversee finishing details such as alignment, styling, touch-ups, and readiness</li><li>Work closely with designers to ensure execution aligns with design intent</li><li>Supervise warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory readiness</li><li>Assign and manage daily warehouse tasks (repairs, cleaning, assembly, resets)</li><li>Build, follow, and improve SOPs and QC checklists</li><li>Lead and coordinate the internal team to ensure accountability, timelines, and consistency</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>4&ndash;7 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or similar roles(experience in real estate, staging, interior design, construction, or home services is strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Experience coordinating teams, vendors, or field operations</li><li>Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams</li><li>High attention to detail with a strong eye for quality and presentation</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Docs</li><li>Experience with tools such as CRM systems, QuickBooks, and DocuSign preferred</li><li>Comfortable learning new tools and systems\</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A problem solver and solution finder who takes ownership</li><li>Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple moving parts</li><li>Calm, composed, and effective under pressure</li><li>A strong communicator who can build trust and respect within a team</li><li>Confident in getting things done while maintaining a positive team environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with pride in delivering a high-quality final product</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li><li>Travel to projects is required for final checks and supervision.</li><li>Based in San Diego (in-person required for operations and project coordination)</li><li>Availability via phone or email in the evening or weekends may occasionally be required based on project needs</li></ul>Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li></ul>Work Location: In person
