As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong Operations & Quality Manager to run day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution across all projects.
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing daily operations, logistics, warehouse coordination, and post-sales client execution.
You will act as the operator of the business, ensuring that all moving parts—from scheduling and logistics to team coordination and quality control—run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in getting things done. You are a solution finder, problem solver, and strong communicator who takes ownership and ensures that every project meets BlueGrape’s high standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operations, Logistics & Execution
- Manage daily operations across staging, de-staging, logistics, and warehouse
- Ensure team leaves timely and has efficient project execution.
- Schedule and coordinate all projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Assign tasks to logistics and warehouse teams and track completion
- Coordinate calendars, access details, lockbox codes, and timelines
- Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure smooth workflow and that all projects are completed on time and without gaps
2. Client Relations & Office Management (Post-Sales)
- Manage after-sales operations including scheduling and coordination with clients
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups, ensuring action items are completed
- Act as the front-facing point for incoming clients, guests, and communication
- Maintain strong, professional communication with clients, agents, and builders
- Ensure a seamless, responsive, and high-quality client experience
3. Quality Control, Warehouse & Team Coordination
- Own and enforce quality control across all staging projects
- Ensure homes are delivered at a luxury, photo-ready standard
- Oversee finishing details such as alignment, styling, touch-ups, and readiness
- Work closely with designers to ensure execution aligns with design intent
- Supervise warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory readiness
- Assign and manage daily warehouse tasks (repairs, cleaning, assembly, resets)
- Build, follow, and improve SOPs and QC checklists
- Lead and coordinate the internal team to ensure accountability, timelines, and consistency
Key Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or similar roles(experience in real estate, staging, interior design, construction, or home services is strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience coordinating teams, vendors, or field operations
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for quality and presentation
- Working knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Docs
- Experience with tools such as CRM systems, QuickBooks, and DocuSign preferred
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems\

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Travel to projects is required for final checks and supervision.
- Based in San Diego (in-person required for operations and project coordination)
- Availability via phone or email in the evening or weekends may occasionally be required based on project needs
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
