As a Cloud Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical advisor supporting the Sales organization in designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.You will play a key role throughout the pre-sales cycle by understanding customer requirements, architecting tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions into implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement and enjoys working with modern cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with Sales team members to qualify opportunities and design cloud architectures aligned with customer needs</li><li>Lead technical discovery sessions to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend optimal designs</li><li>Develop solution diagrams, proposals, and TCO/ROI analyses to articulate technical and business value</li><li>Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and performance benchmarks to validate proposed solutions</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless solution delivery from pre-sales through implementation</li><li>Architect solutions leveraging OpenStack and maintain a strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments</li><li>Recommend best practices in automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)</li><li>Integrate security, monitoring, and observability into all solution designs</li><li>Conduct workshops and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and satisfaction</li><li>Share customer insights to influence internal product roadmaps, sales strategies, and technical marketing initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles within cloud, hosting, or SaaS environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including OpenStack as well as AWS, Azure, and GCP</li><li>Understanding of virtualization, networking, high-availability architectures, VPNs, and firewalls</li><li>Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance concepts such as IAM, encryption, and frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA</li><li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and cloud pricing models</li><li>Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions</li><li>Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Cloud Architect, or OpenStack certifications are considered an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with AI agents, MCP servers, and the use of AI within cloud infrastructure</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;300,000.00 per month

As a Senior Software Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of modern cloud solutions that empower businesses worldwide. You will work closely with engineering teams to design scalable architectures, guide technical decisions, and support the development of resilient, high-quality products.This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic insight, ensuring that platforms and services are built on a foundation of excellence, scalability, and forward-thinking design.Location: RemoteResponsibilities<ul><li>Define architectural vision and strategies across applications, platforms, services, and integrations to support growth initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment to rapidly deliver high-value features.</li><li>Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and coaching on best practices.</li><li>Contribute to system design, technical planning, and continuous improvement of engineering processes, including identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual workflows.</li><li>Build prototypes and AI-powered solutions to validate concepts and de-risk innovative features.</li><li>Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical diagrams, API specifications, and design documents.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and provide insights that influence product and platform roadmaps.</li><li>Participate in incident response and resolution as needed.</li><li>Provide technical insights and recommendations during innovation and strategic planning sessions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years as a Software Architect.</li><li>Demonstrated success architecting scalable, multi-tenant SaaS or IaaS solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, PHP, Angular, Laravel).</li><li>Strong expertise in cloud environments (OpenStack, Ceph) and Linux/Unix administration, including virtualization, networking, object/block storage, and image management.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with solid Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Saltstack, Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI-assisted IDEs, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and observability tools.</li><li>Ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions at scale, including chatbots, LLM integrations, and automated workflows.</li><li>Experience building fully automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.</li><li>Strong understanding of data management strategies, software design principles, algorithms, and large-scale architecture patterns (DDD, SOLID, Event-Driven, DRY).</li><li>Knowledge of OWASP standards, penetration testing, HIDS, NIDS, and key management practices.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.</li><li>Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering customer value.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>6.
