This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls accurately using excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records</li><li>Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare documents and reports</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities in Quickbooks, Netsuite or similar accounting software when needed</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and responding to inquiries efficiently</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills</li><li>Strong clerical experience including AP and AR data entry, contract management and document management</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or Netsuite bookkeeping software is a plus for handling financial tasks</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Computer literacy across various platforms with quick adaptability to new tools or software</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or office admin is advantageous</li><li>Ability to handle customer support scenarios professionally and courteously - This is a customer facing role!</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant where your proactive spirit will thrive!
