We are looking for an Interior Design Sales Consultant who can understand client requirements, present interior design solutions, and successfully close residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should be confident, client-focused, and comfortable working with design and execution teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet prospective clients and understand their interior requirements, budget, and lifestyle needs.</li><li>Call the candidates to the Studio visit.</li><li>Present design concepts, material options, and turnkey interior solutions</li><li>Coordinate with designers to create proposals and quotations</li><li>Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead conversion to deal closure</li><li>Conduct site visits and assist clients with layout and space planning inputs</li><li>Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth</li><li>Work closely with design, execution, and finance teams to ensure smooth handover</li><li>Maintain CRM updates and sales reports</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in interior sales, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or real estate sales</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Basic understanding of interior design, materials, and finishes</li><li>Ability to read basic drawings/layouts (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)</li><li>Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset</li><li>Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience with residential turnkey interior projects</li><li>Candidates from interior firms, modular kitchen brands, or real estate sales preferred</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive fixed salary + attractive commission</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing interior brand</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How soon can you join.</li><li>which industry you have worked Earlier</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
