interior design sales consultant

We are looking for an Interior Design Sales Consultant who can understand client requirements, present interior design solutions, and successfully close residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should be confident, client-focused, and comfortable working with design and execution teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and understand their interior requirements, budget, and lifestyle needs.
• Call the candidates to the Studio visit.
• Present design concepts, material options, and turnkey interior solutions
• Coordinate with designers to create proposals and quotations
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead conversion to deal closure
• Conduct site visits and assist clients with layout and space planning inputs
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Work closely with design, execution, and finance teams to ensure smooth handover
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in interior sales, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of interior design, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read basic drawings/layouts (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with residential turnkey interior projects
• Candidates from interior firms, modular kitchen brands, or real estate sales preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
