 JOB SUMMARY:
 
 
 
 
 The Product Research Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and improving the product research to identify high-potential, high-revenue wholesale products on Amazon. The role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to ensure alignment with company KPIs for profitability, market share, and long-term success.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Develop and refine research frameworks, KPIs, and standard operating procedures
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Supervise end-to-end product research, validation, and documentation processes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure quality control over all research data and final shortlisted products
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitor market trends and Amazon policy changes to adapt research strategies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with the sales, pricing, and sourcing teams to align on product viability
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Train, coach, and mentor junior research team members to develop technical and analytical competencies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Report product pipeline progress, key metrics, and market insights to management
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance within the team
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIRED SKILLS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strong command of product research methodologies for Amazon Wholesale
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent leadership and communication skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning and pattern recognition
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in mid-level Excel and research tools (e.g., Keepa, Helium10, etc.)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Deep understanding of Amazon FBA business models, particularly Wholesale
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong decision-making and time-management skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to work under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 <ul>

 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in Amazon wholesale product research
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven track record of identifying winning wholesale products
 
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering

 Certifications in Amazon FBA, Wholesale Product Research, or similar (Preferred)
 
 </li>
